Additional Student Information

USI & Certification

To receive a Qualification or Statement of Attainment, students must have a verified Unique Student Identifier (USI), unless exempt. AQF certification documentation will be issued within 30 calendar days of the student being assessed as competent in all required units and any outstanding fees being paid.

Learner Support & Reasonable Adjustment

Students have access to trainer support via email and scheduled online tutorials throughout their studies. S2C Training provides reasonable adjustment where appropriate to support individual learner needs while maintaining the integrity of the training and assessment requirements.

Resources & Technical Requirements

Students will require access to a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, reliable internet connection, a current web browser, PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader), and office productivity software such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. These requirements apply regardless of whether training is undertaken online, in the workplace, or on campus.

Online tutorials, virtual meetings, and assessment activities may form part of the learning experience and require access to suitable audio and video capabilities.

For workplace-based training and assessment, students may be required to access workplace resources, equipment, documentation, and personnel relevant to their role. Employer permission may be required where workplace evidence is being collected.

For campus-based delivery, S2C Training will provide access to training facilities, learning resources, equipment, and simulated environments where required to support training and assessment activities.

S2C Training provides access to learning materials, the Learning Management System (LMS), and trainer support throughout the duration of the course.

Credit Transfer

S2C Training recognises eligible nationally recognised training completed with other Registered Training Organisations through the Credit Transfer process. Students may apply for Credit Transfer and provide supporting documentation, such as a Statement of Attainment or qualification certificate, for assessment.

Transition Arrangements

Where a qualification is superseded, deleted, or substantially amended, S2C Training will manage student transitions in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and organisational policies and will advise students of any available options.
