Use this form to send us a request in writing: a refund request, a complaint, an appeal, feedback or anything else. We'll email you a copy straight away. It's free, and it won't affect your enrolment or your training.

A copy is emailed to you
Straight away, with your reference number. It's your written record.

We acknowledge it in writing
Within 2 business days. Complaints and appeals are reviewed by someone who wasn't involved.

You get our answer in writing
Complaints: usually within 7 business days. Appeals: within 20 business days. Refund decisions: within 10 business days, with approved refunds paid within 7 business days.
